Our fitness room provides a crosstrainer, a rowtrainer, a hometrainer and a stepper; all from the well-known brand 'Life-Fitness'.

Besides these indoor activities it is also possible to go for a nice run through the forest or discover De Veluwe by (mountain-)bike. If you wish, we can arrange a personal coach.
